Cover= ACU pattern in surplus condition. Scratches on buckles, dirt, and possibly a few snags. All snaps are in good working condition. Picture is a good represntation of what you will receive. 
 
Shovel=used. Will have scratches and dirt. Still in good working condition and we test each one's locking mechanism before it leaves our warehouse.
