US GI Medium Alice Pack with Shoulder straps. (NO FRAME).
 
Genuine issued, used medium olive drab alice packs. These will show usage and age. Will have dirt, stains, writing, small holes, fading and a DRMO stamp. Different shades of green on bags and shoulder straps. All buckles and snaps are in good working condition. Inside flap of bag will show deterioration due to age.
