These are a surplus item so expect some knicks and dings, on the ones labeled good or servicable. 
 
Serviceable - $30-These are items that will work, but will be not pretty. They may have names, tape, large stains, or small tears on the pads...but still solid material. Great for replacement parts with a solid frame.
 
Good -$45- These are items are in good condition. No names, markings or large stains, but possibly some chipped paint or small dings.
