Good Condition=marked lower than new due to buckles having scratches/dirt from the way they were shipped. Otherwise very nice looking. (First two pictures)
 
Serviceable Condition=will have dirt, discoloration, and scratches. Will not have alice clips. Buckles and snaps still work. (3rd and 4th picture)
