Good Condition=buckles will have scratches, pouches will have dirt and dust. Alice clips will show wear, but it comes with 2. This is genuine military gear, that is old expect age to show, but still good condition. (First two pictures)
 
Serviceable Condition=will have dirt, discoloration, scratches on buckles and US may be faded. Will not have alice clips. Buckles and snaps still work. (3rd and 4th picture)
