This means each bag is in working condition, but may have worn down NSN tags, stains on inside/outside.
 
Each bag has a tear somewhere on it (see pictures for example), however sleeping bag is still 100% useable and great for camping/outdoor activites! Made for extreme cold weather (15 degrees) when used by itself.
 
The shell and liner are 100% nylon and the filling is 100% polyester.
